Conditions of use for the home-ticketing system of ADITUS GmbH

Customers who use the home-ticketing system of ADITUS GmbH herewith declare that they agree to the following conditions in the version valid at the time of use:

Subject

The contractual relationship between ADITUS GmbH and the customer is restricted solely to the possibility of ordering home-tickets - these are admission tickets that the customer can print out himself - via the Internet for events under the following conditions.

No guarantee is assumed for the accuracy of the event dates contained in the online website of ADITUS GmbH. Information can be modified at any time and without prior announcement. The Exhibition Regulations of ADITUS GmbH and the internal rules and regulations of the respective venues must be observed upon entry.

Home-tickets may only be purchased from the official website.

Conclusion of contract

By clicking the field "Bezahlvorgang / Payment" the customer makes an offer to the respective organiser. The offer is deemed to be accepted by the organiser if ADITUS GmbH confirms receipt of payment visually or per email vis-à-vis the offer. The contract is then deemed to be concluded. The customer has no two-week period during which revocation is possible.

Return of the tickets is ruled out.

The customer is not entitled to reproduce or modify home-tickets. Duplication is punishable and charges will be filed. If copies of a home ticket appear, the original ticket shall become invalid and no longer entitle the bearer to admission unless the customer is not responsible for the existence of such copies.

Personalised tickets and the print-out

Home-tickets will be delivered in electronically per email as a PDF file to the email address of the ordering party.

Home-tickets are personalised and not transferable. They only apply for the bearer, whose family name and first name is printed on the ticket. That is why evidence of legitimacy, for example through an identity card, driving licence or passport, may be requested at the admission controls of the event. Each home ticket will be checked electronically for validity.

The home ticket must be printed out on white DIN A4 paper in legible quality with a laser or inkjet printer with a resolution of at least 300 DPI as a colour or black and white printout. Acrobat Reader is needed to print out the home ticket.

Payment

The home ticket is paid for per credit card or PayPal without cash. If payment is not effected per credit card OR PayPal for any reason whatsoever, ADITUS GmbH reserves the right to bar the respective tickets for the event and refuse admission.

Liability

ADITUS GmbH is not organizer. ADITUS GmbH therefore does not assume any liability for property damage, personal injury and pecuniary damage in connection with the organisation and implementation of the event.

ADITUS GmbH is not liable for damage attributable to transmission errors, technical failures, interruptions on the grounds of maintenance work or other interference as far as ADITUS GmbH is not responsible. ADITUS GmbH is only liable for wilful misconduct or gross negligence. ADITUS GmbH is also liable for negligent infringement of obligations whose fulfillment makes the regular performance of the contract possible, whose infringement endangers the achievement of the contracutal purpose and in whose performance the customer regularly trusts. In the latter case ADITUS GmbH is not liable for the unforseeable not contract typical damage. ADITUS GmbH is not liable for the light negligent infringement of other obligations. The aforementioned exclusions and limitations of liability do not apply in case of culpable infringement of life, body or health by ADITUS GmbH or its representatives or agents.

Security and data protection

ADITUS GmbH uses a safe transmission process (SSL) for transmission of customer and payment data. This is intended to achieve maximum possible security standards. ADITUS GmbH takes protection of the personal data of its customers very seriously. The data connected with customers are saved and transferred in accordance with the applicable data protection provisions for the purpose of processing. If only obligatory information is supplied, these data are used solely to process the home-ticketing.

Google AdWords Conversion-Tracking

This website uses the online advertising program "Google AdWords" with conversion tracking. The cookie for conversion tracking is set when a user clicks on an advertisement placed by Google. These cookies lose their validity after 30 days and do not serve for personal identification.

If the user visits certain pages on this website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and ADITUS GmbH can recognize that the user has clicked on the advertisement and been directed to this page. Each Google AdWords customer is allocated a different cookie. Cookies can thus not be tracked across the websites of AdWords customers. The information collected via the conversion cookie serves to draw up conversion statistics in anonymised form for ADITUS GmbH.

ADITUS GmbH is notified of the total number of users who have clicked on its advertisement and been directed on to a page equipped with a conversion-tracking tag. However, ADITUS GmbH does not receive any information with which users can be identified personally. Users who do not wish to participate in the tracking mode can easily deactivate the cookie of the Google conversion tracking via their internet browser under user settings. These users are not included in the conversion tracking statistics.

Conversion tracking with a conversion pixel of Facebook

  • Direct Debit: Your account will be debited after shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service ?or in case of a subscription in accordance with the timelines communicate?d. You will be notified about the date(s) by email.

The payment methods Pay in [14] days and direct debit are only available in case of a positive credit assessment. For this purpose, during the order process and handling of your purchase, we forward your data for an address and credit check to Klarna.
